Always Foods

This is the real food. The way we used to eat before corporations and greed took over, and food started to harm us. The foods on this list will heal you.

Animal Protein

  • All Meats, poultry and game(grass fed, free range etc. is best)(eat head to toe if you are not squeamish)
  • Eggs(Pastured, free range or organic is best)
  • Sausages and cured meats(Natural without fillers and harmful ingredients)
  • All Seafood( beware of farmed fish from Asia and some like tilefish and swordfish have high mercury content. Wild caught fish like Salmon is best)
  • Bone Broth(Super food. Cant have enough broth. Add it to food, drink it etc.)
  • Bacon(everything is better with bacon)(nitrate free if possible but not the end of the world if not)

Dairy and Dairy Substitutes

  • Cheese( both hard and soft cheeses are low carb. be careful not to snack on cheese if you want to lose weight. I love cheese and have to be careful not to eat to much cheese
  • Cream(whipped cream and berries are a great desert)
  • Coconut Cream
  • Coconut Milk
  • Almond Milk(beware of ingredients if not home made)

Fat and Oil

  • Animal fat
  • Avocado oil
  • Butter
  • Coconut oil
  • Duck fat
  • Ghee
  • Lard
  • Macadamia oil
  • Olive oil(extra virgin if possible)

Nuts and Seeds (for weight loss beware of snacking on nuts)

  • Almonds
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax Seeds(buy them whole and use freshly ground as they go rancid)

I have sweeteners in the "sometimes food" list. This has nothing to do with carb count, and rather with the widespread sugar addiction.
