Do You Need To Exercise To Lose Weight?

The sugar industry has spread the myth that we are fat because we do not exercise enough and we eat to much. So it is not their products that are the problem, only our laziness. The truth cannot be further from the truth. If we follow a Low Carb/High Fat diet we do not have to exercise to lose and maintain our weight. And also we then do not buy the processed rubbish that the food corporations sell under the guise of good nutrition.

Now I am not saying that we should not exercise. Only that exercise is not a prerequisite to losing weight.
