Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls – Paleo, Grain and Nut-free

By Johan / May 23, 2016

This is a great sweet snack. Nice for an adult treat, or equally appreciated by the kids as school lunchbox treat. We love them, and I know you will too.

Ingredients
Servings: balls
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender (I like to use Thermomix) Whiz for 30 seconds speed 10.
  2. Check consistency of mix it should be sticky and starting to clump together. If too wet add a little more coconut, if too dry add a further teaspoon of coconut oil.
  3. When mixture is sticky and easily moulded, roll spoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut. Wet hands will make this task easier.
  4. When finished rolling bliss balls, place in freezer for 30 mins.
  5. After freezing, Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls can be stored in a sealed container in either fridge or freezer. These are a great lunch box snack or sometimes treat to beat sugar cravings.
