Healthy Grain Free Paleo Wraps

What would we do without these easy to make Paleo wraps? Lets face it, many low carb foods made to emulate recipes that are normally made with grains are a disappointment. I have tried many different wrap recipes, but they where all a disaster. This is a great recipe that is not only simple to make, it also tastes great. And the best part is that I have never stuffed it up.

I find that adding a wrap to my children’s school lunches is a good way to give them healthy food that they will eat. Wraps are normally loaded with salad and greens, and the variations are endless. Without a wrap none of my boys would eat a salad.

The best thing about these wraps are that they crisp up beautifully in the oven and make a great taco shell etc.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Melt the Ghee
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Batter should be very runny. The runnier the thinner your wraps will be.
  3. Heat a frying pan. (I use a 26cm) Should be reasonably hot. And add oil of choice.
  4. Pour some batter in to the frying pan and swirl around to cover the base of the frying pan.
  5. Turn over when brown, and brown the other side.
Recipe Notes

These wraps also crisp up very well to make a poppadom or taco shell.

I heat the oven to 200°C and bake till crisp.
