Low Carb Wraps

Our regular wraps are made with Arrowroot and is simply not suitable when you are on a very low carb eating plan.

Needless to say I was really pleased to find this recipe.  Original recipe to be found on the Quirky Cooking website.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Add coconut flour, water, eggs and salt together and mix well.
  2. Take a 26cm frying pan(smaller pan for smaller wraps) and add a teaspoon off butter or fat or oil of choice.
  3. Pour batter in the pan and swirl around to cover the base.
  4. Fry till brown and turn over... It really is this easy.

This recipe yields 4 wraps with a 26cm frying pan.
