The foods on this list are mostly consumed in moderation, are OK for the family(not for those wanting to lose weight), or there is some other issue. I will try and explain after each entry.
- Full cream milk(very easy to overdo the carbs for those wanting to lose weight)(also not everyone tolerates dairy well)(do NOT use skim milk anything)
- Full cream yogurt(natural yogurt like Greek with no added sugar)
Fruit(6g to 25g of carbs per 100g)
Fruit is a hotly debated topic. For the family fruit can be consumed in limited quantities. Those wanting to lose weight should best avoid fruit or eat it in very limited quantities.
- Grapes(little balls of sugar)
- Kiwi fruit
- Prickly pear
- Cashews(Higher carb content, avoid when wanting to lose weight)
- Chestnuts(as above)
